1. Reporting a Copyright Concern

- Sender Information: Supply a valid email address and any additional contact information needed for communication about the request.

- Authority and Accuracy: Confirm that the submitted information is accurate and, where applicable, that the sender has authority to represent the rights holder concerned.

4. Responsible Submission of Notices
Copyright complaints should come from the rights holder or someone properly authorized to represent that party. Notices should contain factual and accurate information rather than unsupported allegations. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), knowingly submitting materially false information in a copyright infringement notification may result in legal liability.
5. Handling Multiple Reports
If similar copyright concerns are submitted repeatedly, NFLBite may review the associated references and determine whether further action is appropriate under applicable requirements. Depending on the circumstances, an indexed reference may be reviewed, restricted, or removed from the website.
6. Requests Concerning Third-Party Material
NFLBite cannot directly manage files stored on independent websites. A change to an NFLBite reference does not automatically affect the original material maintained elsewhere. If the concern involves the underlying media itself, the copyright owner may also need to contact the external website, hosting service, platform, or provider responsible for that material.
